Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used beds unmade and leave towels hanging in bathroom where they can air dry.
Set thermostats to 78 in Summer and 62 in Winter. Leave interior doors and lower cabinet doors below kitchen and bathroom sinks open in winter to prevent pipes from freezing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
