The host was a joke. Andrea Denton. The cabin was not cleaned. Roaches we found the 3rd day. We called to try to resolve issues. But we didn’t get nothing done. VRBO can do better!!!!The host actually wanted me to pay extra to have someone come and clean the jacuzzi. TERRIBLE
The drain in the bathroom sink . Smelled of sewage. How hard is it to clean.
The jacuzzi was a nasty slimy mess. This whole vacation was a joke. The host said she would send someone out if I paid to have it cleaned.

Host was quick to respond to issues. Five adults for 4 night and there was thee total of 2 rolls of Toilet paper. She had Ingles deliver more.The housekeeping & upkeep was almost unacceptible1) Light bulb over kitchen sink was missing.2) stove vent had not fan or light button.3) Cabinets doors were falling apart.4) Dust on fan in one bedroom was thick.5) Four of the eletronic controllersdid not work6) No instructions on how any of the electronics worked.7) Road to cabin was a real challenge8) Fire pit - no fire wood. Last few cabins we have rented had some wood9) The main floor bathroom had a constant drip in the tub, which we notified the host as soon as we got there. It dripped for our whole stay. 10) The beautiful old wood plank floors on the main level creaked & were popping up nail - be sure to were something on your feet.At least the hot tub worked! Beds were a bit soft for all 5 of us, but we all preper a firmernight sleep.

The cabin was very cozy, plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. We especially liked sitting on both decks looking through the woods & just relaxing. Our view wasn’t obstructed by other cabins which was nice. We were lucky enough to have seen a few deer passing through. Liked the set up of bedrooms to bathroom areas & living space. Everything flowed making conversations easy no matter where you sat even at the large dinning room table. Nice touch of TV’s in every room!

It was very convenient to the event that we were attending. There are a few concerns/issues that we felt need to be addressed. Hand rail needed at outdoor steps to parking area, washer needs setting knobs replaced, vent hood knobs need replacing, light bulb replacement over sink in kitchen, and warning of VERY steep stairs to basement.

There was trash in the yard, the sink under the kitchen Leaked, No light in the kitchen you could see to cook with. The chairs on the porch are broken.nothing but sheets on loft beds, dryer does not heat, plus the washer and dryer have rust in them. I have NEVER stayed in a place that has cob webs like this one. In the bedroom down stairs there was someone else earrings on night stand. And the bathroom upstairs had a steady stream of water running all the time. Cleaning people DID NOT CLEAN. I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL.

The cabin was perfect size for our group however the super steep stairs to the lower level where 2 of the bedrooms and 1 of bath were located was pretty scary for 4 senior ladies. One word to me for this cabin is tired. There were some easy fixes to the dark interior like putting light bulb in the small hallway sconces on upper level. Bathroom towels seemed older and worn. Hot tub wasn't super dirty but we didn't use it because it didn't look super clean either. We could not get the water hot in the upper level bathroom, wasn't a problem in the lower level. The last 0.5 miles to the cabin was gravel so pretty bumpy, but to be expected in this area. Host responded quickly and gave us early check in which was appreciated!

Good size, location tough, needs some attention

Check in was easy able to come a little early, which was nice! Kitchen very dark and small. Pictures a little deceiving, not actual representation of cabin overall. Drive to cabin a little adventurous. No Mountain View’s. House overall needs some tidying up. Dripping shower was annoying, several small things that could be fixed in a day easily.

The cabin was OK but not what was advertised. There was trash spread all over the back porch, in the woods right below the porch, and at the steps on the first level porch. There was no soap or shampoo as advertised. There was also trash under the beds in the basement bedrooms. The cleanliness really needs to improve!

Our stay was for a week. We got to blue ridge about 7ish. It had snowed. We got to our road and we could no longer make it up the hill. We were .5 mile from the cabin. We had to get a hotel for the night. We messaged Andi and she IMMEDIATELY gave us a plan B. The new cabin had everything we loved about the inital cabin and
