The cool concrete floors add a stylish touch, complementing the 3 inviting bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. The living room is a cozy haven with a large comfy couch, a Gas fireplace for those cooler nights, and a flatscreen Smart TV for movie marathons. The open-concept kitchen, with its sleek two-tone cabinets and a huge dining table that seats up to 12, is perfect for cooking up a feast or hosting a fun dinner party.

The first bedroom is a kid’s dream, offering a double-over-double bunk bed and a twin bed.
Upstairs, the premier king bedroom boasts an ensuite and a Juliet balcony overlooking the peaceful backyard, creating a perfect retreat. Between the two upstairs bedrooms, a convenient coffee station with a Keurig lets you enjoy your first cup in bed while soaking in the serene views. The second bedroom upstairs also features a Juliet balcony, ideal for morning stretches and fresh air.

The large yard is perfect for outdoor fun, with a cozy campfire spot ready for marshmallow toasting. The back patio offers two separate dining sets with umbrellas for shade, plus a gas BBQ for grilling up your favourite meals.
Enjoy the ultimate relaxation with our newly added sauna, with views of the backyard. After a day of outdoor fun, unwind and soak in the tranquility of nature—an unforgettable experience to complement your stay!

For those looking to explore the lake, we’ve provided 2 kayaks and lifejackets to make your adventure easy and fun.
And if you're driving an electric vehicle, you'll appreciate the added convenience of an EV charger on-site.

NOTE: Lake access is 1 minute walk down the road. Approx 60 stairs down to the Lake. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections & may have camera outside at the entrance)

Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options:
❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two.
❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you.
❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
