Torre Blumenau do Castelo Itaipava

Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

O Hotel decadente, sem conservação, roupas de cama e toalhas muito velhas, paredes do quarto com necessidade de reparos, porta do quarto nao trancava, TV so com canais abertos, cafe da manha modesto (mas ok), porem falta reposição dos itens talheres, pratos, copos, café, pães. Acabavam e demorava muito tempo para repor.

Tudo muito antigo e mal conservado. Televisão funciona mas com 3 ou 4 canais locais. Ar condicionado de parede e ruidoso. Frigo bar velho e enferrujado. Chuveiro ruim. Porta de entrada do quarto e do banheiro danificadas e descascando. Porta de entrada do quarto com fechadura danificada. Colchões de molas velho e desconfortável. Teto do banheiro é de compensado e está se desfazendo. Café da manhã bem fraquinho. Não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.

Estadia razoável. Decepcionante em alguns aspectos: o primeiro quarto que nos alocaram não tinha rosca na água quente do chuveiro. Tivemos que trocar de quarto e foi a maior dificuldade na recepção. Demoraram 40 minutos para nos realocar. No novo quarto (2 camas de solteiro, mas colchões bons), havia somente 2 tomadas no quarto e ar condicionado muito barulhento. Na diária seguinte, nos alocaram em um quarto de cama de casal com colchão péssimo e somente um cobertor. O que também nos chamou a atenção em todos os quartos foi a poeira entre/atrás das camas e no ar condicionado de parede. O café da manhã é bom, com funcionários gentis e prestativos.
