This Boalsburg house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 3 full beds. The additional spaces, like the cozy living room, office area, and downstairs kitchen/dining area with sofa beds and a futon, provide plenty of room to relax and unwind. A deck off of the dining room has lots of room; there is also fire ring with chairs for gathering. This is a brilliant place to call home base while you're in the area.

This is in a quiet and safe family neighborhood with plenty of parking. The house is cleaned with natural cleaners, no fragrances, and linens are line dried. The water is purified with reverse osmosis and there is a whole house dechlorinator, so the water is clean and pure.

Several parks are nearby for walking, a coffee shop is also a 10-minute walk away.
