The pictures shown distant quite a lot from reality; manager was very rude when I described that I had already talked to expedia to change locations, because of some situations we had seen upon arrival to check in and the room condition and she even denied having received the cancellation email. Once we left, to come back later, I received a cancellation confirmation by email (thank goodness I got a notification on my phone and saw it right away), we rushed back, while trying to reach expedia's customer service; upon arrival, they were already cleaning the room without our authorization

Never stay at this hotel. I found used condoms in the apartment and the bathroom. And the manager didn't care, because it must be something normal at this hotel. Stay away from this hotel, it's the worst hotel in the world.

Clean room, friendly staff. The elevators were not working. And they have the Employee elevator shut down for the night so we had to walk three flights of stairs with a bunch of stuff just to get to the room. We got a totally different room than what the picture showed when we booked the room, but it still was decent. Let us have late Check out when we really needed it.

1. You did this for me. Difficult check-in process. 2. Elevator does not work and hasn't worked for a long time according to employees. Ees to walk up four flights of stairs each time. 3. Balcony door did not open. Could not enjoy balcony porch. 4. Very few towels Towels . 5. I asked for an extra set of towels and they wanted me to bring down the old ones and with the elevator not working walking up four flights of stairs just to make their job easy. It's not what I call hospitality. 6. Too many rules that do not benefit the guest, but makes the property management jobs easier. 7. No security chain on my door. 8. That's not enough curtains to block windows, resolving light pollution from street lights, and morning Sun. The advertisement said blackout curtains. 9. Inattentive, impolite, lazy front desk staff both (evenings and morning), actually, quite rude with apathetic tone. This motel is under maintained.
