This hotel is not what it appears to be on its website. Rooms were old and poorly appointed. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and tiki bar which were fun and decently maintained. You have to put a request in to have your room cleaned and the hunt to get fresh towels was exhausting. For the price the hotel was just not as advertised unfortunately.

We were only there for an overnight but went to sit by the pool in the afternoon and there were like 4 or 5 lounges; that's it. And we found the rooms to have very thin walls and our neighbors were a bit noisy, on the side and above us. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Overcharged me and gave me the wrong room. It’s absolutely disgusting. Stains on everything. I don’t want to stay here at all. They don’t have the room I booked or any other rooms and won’t refund me so I’m stuck sleeping in a disgusting stain covered tiny bed for $200

I contacted the hotel the day that I would be arriving. I called at 10 AM to be sure that the room had already been paid for with my credit card. And to inform them that I would not be arriving at 4 PM, check in time that I wouldn’t be arriving until 730 and I wanted to be sure that I would still have my room. I was staying at this hotel because I had a 6 AM appointment at Delray Medical Center for a biopsy. Plenty of stress already I wanted to be sure my room would be there. And why wouldn’t it? It was already charged to my credit card. I arrived to the property at 7:15 PM and as I was gathering my belongings from my vehicle, the phone rang, it was the front desk. Callingto inform me that there were no more rooms. They gave my room away. I said I will be right there and walked into the lobby and approach the front desk. I told her who I was, and she looked awfully surprised. Yes I am the one you just called to tell say you gave my room away. After just a short while she ended up finding me a room. Not the room I had paid for. No I paid for a higher price room, but this is all she had and she could not refund my money. As though I didn’t have enough to worry about for the next morning. Would I suggest anyone else stay at this property? Not a chance. To give away someone’s room, already paid for is unacceptable. Not all the blame on this property. Just a few short months ago I had an even worse situation through Expedia. Bad business.

Before I booked my stay I called to ask what is the earliest time to order breakfast and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem to order coffee at 6am. I had a very important test the next day and had to leave very early. Most importantly there was a fire alarm going on the whole night next to our room and they moved us to a „downgrade” room without any compensation. The alarm was still ringing when I was leaving the property at 7am next morning. The employee at the front desk didn’t seem to care about any concerns including the alarm that was very loud, my request for compensation for the change for a cheaper room or that information about breakfast were misleading and forced me to shop last minute for groceries as I made it to the property very late at night. It’s too bad because the property itself is well maintained and rooms are spacious, however staff and service significantly decreases the quality.

Room and pool were spotlessly clean. Pre check in had a glitch with arrival time input. Be prepared to check yourself in on your devise while standing in front the reception person. Pool area, particularly tables should be cleaner and three trash cans shouldn’t be overflowing. Housekeeping gets 5 stars, property maintenance maybe two.

The property is very dated. Room furniture is old. Room condition needs to be updated, especially the flooring and the bathroom. The restaurant and poolside tiki bar has limited hours. The pool area was not tended to until the wind blew a table into the pool:/ the garbage pails on every floor were overflowing for the entire length of our stay. On the plus side... Location was good and the beds were comfortable!

Our checkin was weird. Needed a photo of myself and my I D, even though I was standing right there. The attached lounge was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. Our room was right by the pool where there was LOUD live music. The bed made horrible noise if I moved at all on it. The grout and paint in the bathroom was old, ugly and poorly done. You could hear the people in the adjoining rooms, running, stomping, scraping noises. We had driven 8hours, just wanted a nice quiet room to rest in. Also, the hotel was right on the main highway, so loud. And we were charged a $30 “service fee” which they couldn’t really explain or justify. Would not stay there again.
