Hotel’s looks and design are pretty cool and modern, breakfast was awesome, wifi was good and staff was very friendly, transport to and from the airport was perfect However a couple of things kind of ruined the experience 1- the power outlets & USB plugs close to the bed don’t work at all, only realized that next morning when my devices were almost dead 2- light inside the bedroom during the day is great (sun light) however as soon as it got dark outside the room became very dark and the 3 lamp lights available didn’t illuminate much, so don’t count on working at night 3- TV services useless, smart TV services didn’t even displayed the local stations 4- sliding bathroom door didn’t close so there was no privacy 5- water pressure in the shower was really lacking and to get hot water I had to turn the entire nob and control of temperature was not possible 6- this I think was an oversight they didn’t replace the toilet paper when they made the room ready, leaving me with a useless 4 squares of TP .. 7- the room has no temperature control at all so during the day it went up a bit high for my taste and at night it went noticeably down

I have known this location since it opened and l have observed the quality and services have declined. Upon arrival the clerk was overwhelmed with checking guests in and unfortunately the system he used to check folks in were antiquated and not up to par which resulted in long wait times. Secondly the first room offered to me had a foul odor emanating from the hallway so i requested the room to be changed which they did. The kitchen use to be open until midnight but now closes at 10am.
