The room was clean and the shower was wonderful but when we got there the staff was very distracted and not very receptive and we were ignored. It definitely wasn’t the best welcome after a 7 hour flight and being with my kid. But the next day they were helpful. I would appreciate more water in the room, One non dairy milk option and plant based breakfast option would be really appreciated. We are always forgotten!

There are many things that can be improved. There should be more than one airport shuttle bus. When I arrived in Bogota I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Then when I went to the 24 hour restaurant I sat down and was given a menu and while I waited other customers came in and were waited on in the meantime I waited. After the third person who came in and were served I left. No sense in being snubbed more. Especially since it was already late. The bed was hard as a rock. And the next morning the shuttle to the airport never arrived and the staff had to hire a private vehicle. I barely made it to the airport on time. The only thing that I can say positivity say about the hotel was the front desk staff and the breakfast the next morning.

Gracious and friendly staff - throughout the entire hotel - not only the desk, but the entire staff throughout the hotel - from those who attend the door downstairs - the shuttle drivers - the desk staff - breakfast staff :) - the cleaning staff. It is an airport area Hampton Inn - immaculate clean - despite the high volume turnover in guests due to its convenient location to the airport..

Reserved a room for two adults. We were given a room with many deficiencies, Sliding bathroom door didn’t close properly leaving a big gap open, therefore no privacy while on toilet. Mold in shower. Loose plug next to sink. Reception staff offered to change room, but we had already unpack everything and didn’t feel like packing everything to move, after all we were there only for two nights. It is just unacceptable for the housekeepers and maintenance staff to NOT inspect the rooms while they are not rented. It is not the JOB for a client to have to report this deficiencies. Had a stone on the rice for breakfast… and finally eggshells on the egg soup..! I guess we were the lucky on this stay.

This review doesn’t apply o Check in staff they are amazing. The rest - however - leaves a lot to be desired. Not a great part of town - although free shuttle is a plus not Much to do beyond sleep in your very small (odd smelling) hotel Room. For some Reason soap, shampoo and lotion are in very short supply and towels are rough and very small. Save yourself the money and don’t bother eating here unless breakfast already included. Staff are horrible and more interested in talking to one another then attending to customers. Food was overpriced and something you’d get on a flight rather than something you’d order at a restaurant.
