Huge apartment two bathrooms comfy bed and clean big living / dining room good for dining / Room service Busy commercial location near museums ..ok in daytime felt unsafe at night approached by aggressive beggars . Outdoor security staff were very good and helpful Hotel staff unfriendly some of the indoor security staff were rude and aggressive when checking hotel guests entering Lifts very very very slow not helped by staff using them to go one or two floors when they could use stairs Breakfast average nice terrace to sit on Blinds in room difficult to use and very noisy due to drafts in windows so they banged about a lot at night time esp when it was windy and struggled to sleep No air con or heating in apartment felt cold at nighttime Coffee machine provided but no coffee

This hotel retains some amenities from its prestigious past as one of the city's finest hotels. While safe during daylight hours, nighttime security is less reliable, and I would advise against solo nighttime walks. The staff are very helpful, especially the front desk and bellhops. Its central location provides convenient access to the airport.

I didn’t feel safe at all. I lost my jacket during our first breakfast at the buffet. I left it on my chair, and when I went back, it was gone. They told me their security cameras were under maintenance and couldn’t see anything. It was also hard to find someone who could speak English.

Nice staff, almost 0 English. Main areas of the room are OK, however months of dust behind drawers (while turning on the light on the lamp, you got to reach behind the drawer as the switch is over there). Very noisy, both outside (windows not locked properly) and inside (6am guest running the water you hear every drop)
