The staff was professional and friendly. When we got off the elevator to the 3rd floor, there was a huge pile of trash right outside of the elevator. (I didn't take a picture of this pile as the AMOUNT of trash actually took me back and just wanted to get to our room. There were many miscellaneous bags throughout the hallway. Strange. We've stayed in extended stays before..Hotels before...NEVER this type of unkeptness. Hallway trash. No ice machine...told we have one in our room... I will add pictures of the "production of ice after 24 hours. Banging and clanging throughout the night as well, with this 'ice ' machine. A previous hotel guest is missing a pair of socks, which I noticed as I climbed into bed... ummm... The iron splashed water on our clothes..I iron regularly at home. This was maybe a $4 iron. SUBstandard. I have two tall boys, the shower hose would not stay in the up position and was attached very short. The pole didn't reach a normal height. Not everyone in a disabled position is short. The lighting takes an electrical technician to figure out how to turn them on and off. We loved the location, but the accommodations were substandard to say the least. We do NOT recommend this hotel. It was more frustrating the longer we were there.

My room floors were filthy the people above us were so loud and stomped all hours of the night way past 1am and then started again at 7 am listened to this for 3 days and nights called the front desk and walked to the front desk a few days in a row and asked them to please make them stop to no avail dishwasher stunk so bad silverware was missing. No toilet paper stain on bed random sock beside the aofa. No one at the desk cared.

No Roll Away Beds. False advertising. The hotel has no roll away beds in their inventory. They list "Free Roll Away Beds", then give you apologies. I had to sleep on top of a stubby love seat worse than an airline squeeze. The manager said that I was the first guest ever to ask for a roll away after they have been open for over an entire year and that seemed very unlikely to me. Horrible night - no sleep.

Horrible stay

When we first checked in it took almost 40 minutes of standing in line before we were able to get checked in. (It was like this fkr subsequent people as well). This was due to the large amounts of people checking in due to an athletic event. It had nothing to do with the front receptionist or her abilities. However, then when we went to our room it was very dirty including hair in the shower and hair shavings in the sink. The floors also look like they had never been swept and there was garbage in the garbage can. A Set of keys was also sitting out in the open. The hallways were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. We were then accommodated to a different room that was acceptable and clean. However, the pull down shades were broken and the air conditioner did not work. We couldn't get a different room because the hotel was sold out for the night. The lawn service started promptly at 8am too, so forget about sleeping in.

I liked the convenient location and the non carpeted room, but my biggest complaint was that there were no bath towels in my room and I didn’t realize it until after I was already in the shower. The front desk apologized that they had hired some temp workers to clean and were having some issues with them. They also had no pool or hot tub, very unusual.

I tried to stay here for a last minute reunion, and overall the stay was fine…but the trouble with getting charged 5 different times and trying to get it fixed (which still hasn’t happened) gave me more stress than I could handle. Multiple employees looking into it and one saying one thing and the next day there’s a different story. I’m sorry, but it was too messy and annoying. If it wasn’t for that, I would have definitely come back - but I don’t think I would want to deal with this place again.
