Would have given this hotel 5 stars across the board but hardly slept do to a loud banging in our bathroom that kept us up all night you could actually feel the bang on the wall behind a patch job so I’m guessing it’s a known plumbing issue.

Waited quite some time at the front desk for someone to show up to check me in when they finally did arrive there was no apology for the wait and was not very friendly. When I checked out, I requested a receipt. The person told me that because I booked through Hotels.com I would have to get a receipt from them. I have always gotten a receipt from the person at the desk and I am still waiting for a receipt for my stay. The toilet paper had not been replenished but housekeeping in the hallway provided a roll Otherwise the hotel is very neat and clean. Nice location.
