This charming holiday apartment in the attic convinces with a dreamlike sea view and a quiet location, just about 90 metres from the crystal-clear sea and a well-maintained gravel beach. With 55 m² of living space, it offers room for up to four people – ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation on the Adriatic coast.
The apartment has a separate entrance and combines Mediterranean flair with practical comfort. In the open living and dining area, there is a cosy seating area, SAT-TV and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and crockery and cooking utensils – perfect for an independent self-catering holiday.
Two bedrooms ensure pleasant nights: One is equipped with a double bed, the second with two single beds - ideal for children or friends. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
A special highlight is the covered balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. Here, the day can wonderfully begin with a breakfast with a view or end with a glass of wine.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning (for a fee), bed linen and towels. A parking space directly at the house is available to you. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the accommodation.
The location is excellent: In just a few minutes, you can reach restaurants (300 m), a supermarket (200 m) and the town centre (300 m). An ATM, doctor, pharmacy and a petrol station are also nearby.
For active guests, the surroundings offer numerous leisure opportunities – from water sports, boat trips and snorkelling to hiking tours and cultural discoveries in nearby nature and national parks.
