Tämä on viihtyisä 1150 neliön jalka 2 makuuhuonetta, 1 täydellinen kylpyhuone porealtaalla ja puoli kylpyamme, myös kalustettu huoneisto Bonitalla. Condo-hotellissa on kaikki uutta. Paikan päällä on pesutupa, uima-allas ja poreallas. Yksikölle on myös oma pysäköintialue. (Mikä San Diegossa on siunaus) Aivan tien varrella Bonitalla on tähtibucks, ravintolat ja ruokakaupat sekä golfkenttä ja kävely- / lenkkeilyreitit. Huoneisto sijaitsee moottoritien 54 vieressä. Kiinteistö on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä keskustasta, lentokentältä, Coronado, Lajolla, eläintarha, Sea World, Point Loma, rannat, vanhakaupunki ja kaikki muut nähtävyydet San Diego. Tämä on loistava paikka oleskella ja nauttia San Diegosta. Kaapissa on ilmapatjat sekä televisio- ja dvd-soittimet molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa. Huoneistossa on peruskaapeli, ja se on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitaan oleskelun majoittamiseen. Siellä on uima-allas, pesutupa ja poreallas pääsyavaimet, samoin kuin omistettu katettu merkitty pysäköintipaikka heti yksiköstä. Laitteessa on erittäin mukavat, muhkeat kuningatarpatjajouset jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa. Yksikössä on myös lautapelejä käytettäväksi, samoin kuin pieniä jäähdyttimiä, jotka tarvittaessa vedetään rannalle. Yksikössä meillä on myös rantapyyhkeet ja tuolit, jotka haluat viedä rannalle. Tämä on hiljainen oleskelutila, ja kello 22 alkaen melun on oltava vähimmäisarvo naapureille. Jälleen siellä EI ole tupakointia tai lemmikkejä. Mennäksesi käymään San Diegon nähtävyyksissä olet vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaikista niistä. Maanantaina perjantaihin klo 7.00 - 9.00 ja 16.00–18.00 yrittäisin välttää moottoriteillä liikkumisen takia. (Nämä ovat vain mielipiteitäni ajamisesta San Diegon alueella). Jos haluat loistavan paikan yöllä, joka on erittäin mukava ja puhdas, tämä olisi harkittava. The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Joe is very good with communication and very prompt the response. It’s nice place, but I think it may not best place for us.

great place to stay in San Diego

Joe was amazing even before we arrived - he gave me all of the check-in info we needed and even checked-in with us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay. My son was so comfortable on the couch we didn't even use the air mattresses, and all of the other extras (day-trip backpack we used for the zoo, beach towels we used at the pool, games for the family, etc.) were very-much appreciated. Joe was readily available throughout our stay, and even recommended some great activities and restaurants (even though we didn't have time to take advantage of them). Overall, this was definitely a great place for my family and if we ever make it to the San Diego area again, we'll try to stay here!

Good place for families to stay in San Diego

This condo was a nice place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. It is very close to CA-94 as well as I-5 and the 805 so you're not too far from any of the major attractions in San Diego. Condo was clean and serviceable for a large family to cook meals in. There is also a pool in the complex which my children enjoyed during some down time parts of the trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay.

Great for our family!

We stayed 7 nights and the accomadations were excellent. We played hard everyday then came home to a quiet place that truly started to feel like home. Joe was great and quick to get back to us on any questions. There were beach towels, a beach bag, chairs, toys and small coolers that we used daily as we explored San Diego. We loved San Diego and our home away from home!Thanks Joe!

Bonita Treasure Spot

My stay was very peaceful. I didnt hear neighbors or cars zooming by. Loved the updated amenities and soaker tub. Access to wifi, pool and laundry. Quick access to freeway and other San Diego attractions within 30 minutes drive. Loved the the shops within the area neighborhood too, Big thanks to property Owner Joe for recommending some amazing eateries around the corner. Parking was not an issue and i felt secured and safe coming and going. Condo was stocked with everything that i could have possibly needed from the stores. I will keep this property on my future trip board to revisit again when im out in San Diego again.

Great for families

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was nicely updated & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. Kids also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The unit is well located and approximately 15-20 minutes to many attractions. Lastly, the owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

More than what we expected

This was our first time ever using. VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. What eased our type A personalities was the immaculate communication with Joe. My wife and I had a few questions before, and during our stay and each time we had immediate friendly and professional communication and that was wonderful. Joe was always super helpful and accommodating during our stay. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and it was located right off the freeway which made it easy to get on the highway and go! Joe made our stay in San Diego a memorable for years to come. We will definitely book again with Joe when we return!

Truly a welcoming, comfortable and friendly stay. All the essentials except wifi so be prepared to use your hotspot. Community where this apartment is located is lively with kids and dogs : grounds are well maintained. Laundry facilities convenient. Top notch marks for exquisite cleanliness !

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Joe’s house. The property is clean and has all the amenities you need. Joe gave us great recommendations on places to visit ( saved us money with Groupon )and eat and all of the places were within 15-20 minutes driving distance. He is always available in case you need anything. I would definitely recommend his place.👍

A family holiday.

Property was really clean and well furnished. The property owner was very responsive. Me and my family gathered for Christmas and we felt right at home. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very nice home!

We spent wonderful few days at the apartment! The development is right next to a highway, so location is very convenient. The development is quiet and well-planned. The apartment itself is welcoming and nice. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking necessities. The beds are super comfortable. The apartment feels like a home people care about. Communication with the host is always pleasant and timely. Highly recommend!

Great location to freeway access

This condo is next to the CA 54 freeway, but you can't hear the traffic inside. It came with a designated parking space and access to the pool and laundry facility. The unit is very clean and tastefully decorated making it relaxful after all day excursions. There's tvs in both bedrooms and the living room w/cable. We had two gransons ages 3 and 8, my son, husband and I stay 2 weeks, and the 1-1/2 bath was enough. The owner Joe was very kind and responsive. Definitely a great alternative to hotel rooms. Thanks again Joe.

Family friendly clean VRBO.

This apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It is clean, practical, and affordable. Luxurious no, but very very comfortable. Our family of four had a great time staying here and enjoyed the many sites and activities of San Diego, we would definitely recommend this VRBO for a family vacation.
