The house offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room opening onto the garden with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, then a bedroom (1 140x190 bed) with private bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bath and shower) and a separate toilet. - Outside, on enclosed grounds: a 30 m² terrace and a 60 m² garden surrounded by flowerbeds. A private parking space in front of the cottage. The owner gives you access to the garage for the freezer and dryer, you can also store your bikes there. You will be spoiled for choice for swimming either in a small, intimate cove in the Gulf or opt for a large expanse of fine sand facing the Atlantic Ocean. The residential area where it is located has playgrounds nearby. Shops are accessible on foot or by bike.
