Söpö pieni 3 makuuhuoneen bungalow, valmis perheen hauskanpitoon. Tässä talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 1 kylpyhuone. Kaksi olohuonetta t. v. katseleminen. Siinä on aivan uusi keittiö ja kodinkoneet. Se on erillinen pesutupa ja mudroom. Se on upea kaasutakka pääasiassa olohuoneessa, joka lämmittää sinut kylminä päivinä. Siinä on myös hieno pieni puro kiinteistössä, johon voit roiskua ympäriinsä lämpiminä päivinä.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Appalachian State University (yliopisto). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja takan.

I adore this little house. She's older but has been fixed up so cozy. We had issues on arrival but the property manager lives close by and was very attentive. It's quiet and feels like I'm waking up in a painting! The house is literally at the gate of a cow farm so be warned if you're visiting in warm weather. Boone and Grandfather Mountain are right there as well as lots of other cute small towns.

4th of July Weekend

This house is a great location to downtown Boone and many other fun activities in the area! Our kids really enjoyed the creek across the street and the cows behind the house. The house was clean inside and had great space for our family of 5! We wished the kitchen would have had more utensils for cooking and an outdoor space to enjoy would have been a great addition since there was no outdoor seating.

Ski Trip

Great place to stay. It was close to the ski slopes we went to and close to lots of great places to eat. The property manager was very responsive and the check out process was a dream! Perfect house for family vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

Very Relaxing/ Clean

My family of 5 had a great experience at this property. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the family room where we could watch TV together. Good location- miles from restaurants. It's an ideal stop for a weekend getaway in the mountains. We would stay again.

Check in code didn’t work. How are there so many flies?!!

First the good.. House is in a great location, close to town and easy to navigate to! Perfect if you don’t have 4x4. It’s also decorated beautifully and the twin beds are comfortable. Now the bad… We attempted to check in at 4pm and my code didn’t work. No one answered their phones, kids about to pee their pants after the drive… had to find a store nearby. Definitely not the start of vacation that I was hoping for!! Maintenance man called me back and gave me a different code. He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. The big issue is the bugs! Dead flies, live flies, stink bugs crawling on the floor and shades.. it freaked us all out so bad that we left a day early.. I’m unsure if they’re coming in from the rotting wood outside or what, the outside of the property is sort of dilapidated.. but it was so bad, there was flies alllll over the ground but especially in the living room, on the windowsills and they would randomly just appear inside and be flying around!!!! For $135 cleaning fee I wasn’t expecting that amount of bugs or dead bug guts squished on the walls from other guests. It wasn’t bad for the price but I definitely would not stay here again.

Awesome long weekend at this cute little bungalow!

Everything was lovely- the property, the location, the decor etc. We felt cozy and at home during our Thanksgiving vacation. Will definitely rent again on future trips to Boone!

Weekend stay near Boone

We came up for a weekend to fly fish and catch the ASU football game. Overall the home was fine and kept clean. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Boone. The only real issue I had is there is no outside seating. The picnic table on the side porch is in such bad condition that nobody could sit on it. We had some camping chairs so it worked out fine. I do think the picnic table needs to be removed and replaced before someone is hurt trying to use it. I do think picky people would have more issues. We were just glad to be in the mountains for the weekend.

Great stay!

What a cute house! The house was clean, conveniently located, decorated well, and had everything you need for a trip to Boone with a small child. Watching the cows in the pasture behind the house was a highlight for the older kids (and me too! Haha!). The only downside was there was very little cell service, but that’s to be expected in the mountains. The wifi worked well so this was essentially a non-issue. Overall, great stay!

College Tour +

We enjoyed our stay at this cute bungalow. We were in town for a college tour and took advantage of that fact that there was skiing nearby. Everything was clean and tidy. We liked the fact there were 3 bedrooms where folks could spread out and do their own thing. Two living areas were great as well as some opted to watch a movie and others opted to do homework and read. Kitchen worked and had everything we needed. The house is not 'in town' but was still convenient enough to everything we needed. Would stay again on our next visit.

Great house!

This house is just as lovely as the pictures. We have 4 little ones and it can be hard to find a house where everyone can have their own bed and a place to sit at the table. It is a charming older home with wonderful updates and we loved our stay there!

Thanksgiving get away

We traveled from Maryland for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit our daughter who attends Appalachian State University. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was clean, cozy and the location was perfect for our daily hiking and restaurant excursions etc. We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable, clean and convenient property

We came to Boone for the weekend to visit our daughter who is a student at ASU and stayed in this property. We really enjoyed it— the location is great and the property is nice. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again. My only complaint is a very, very minor one — I couldn’t find a big salad bowl in the kitchen!

We loved our short stay, house was spotless and very quiet at base of mountain, easy quick access to downtown Boone. Would have loved an outside table but owner told me in advance picnic table would not be fixed, even a few foldable chairs to pull outside would be nice so bring a few if you can :) great stay and would stay again.

The cutest, coziest place!

We absolutely loved our weekend here! Our 4 year old loved waking up seeing the cows from the window. The property was very clean, well stocked, and cozy. The creek across the road made for beautiful photos. The only thing we wished was to have more time! Definitely want to book again.
