The manager Jennifer canceled our room before we even arrived. Apparently the hotel was booked to capacity and the payment on file expired. The manager tried calling but due to the fact that we were driving from 10 hours away and drove through the mountains with spotty service we missed the call. No voicemail was left and no other effort was made to communicate with us any other way. We arrive at the hotel with 2 kids and are told our room was given away during season when most hotels in the area were booked. Very unprofessional and how dare you cancel the hotel the day of the reservation if the payment was expired. The manager was not available on the property when we arrived and we were told this info by the front desk girl who was very cold and definitely not friendly. Apparently the manager does these types of things often this was not her first time canceling a room. Beware!! Will contact corporate and report her.

We loved the size of the room. We were there for 6 nights with our 2 dogs and appreciated the extra space. The kitchen provided everything we needed for a quick meal and the shower was great. We will look for Home2 Suites from now on when we travel.

Place was in a great neighborhood, cleanliness as well rooms were large and comfortable. Family was very comfortable. Staff was excellent my son left his wallet at the room and staff called us to let us know of it. Great staff, great hotel.

Properly was clean, staff was very helpful. Locación was great, restaurants pharmacy major supermarket less than 10 minutes drive. Appalachian ski resort was 15 minutes away, beech ski resort 25 minutes away. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not too much variety, but there was refrigerator and small kitchen in the room so we made our own breakfast.

We did not know pets were allowed. Multiple rooms on our hallway had dogs that would yap for a very long time. Most everyone there was skiing so they were gone all day. Very annoying in addition to small children running wild in the hallway screaming. The breakfast was all processed food. The staff was great. The accommodations themselves also good.

Overall, nice stay. Staff, clean room, and easy parking were wonderful. The breakfast area was clean, but had few options for people with dairy or gluten free sensitivities (like myself). Not even any non-dairy creamer for coffee. There was a whistling outside all night long due to wind, which was super annoying but not really the hotel's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
