Ylimääräinen yksityinen kulmayksikkö kuuluisan Surgertop Resortin 6. kerroksessa. Upeat pitkän kantaman vuoristomaisemat isoisävuorelle päin olevalta suurelta ja katetulta parvekkeelta. Tämä on yksi harvoista lomakohteen yksiköistä, jolla on täysin oma parveke sen ainutlaatuisen sijainnin vuoksi osakehuoneiston kulmassa (useimmissa muissa yksiköissä parvekkeilla on näkymät toisiinsa). * Emme pysty omistamaan eläimiä, mukaan lukien lemmikkieläimet ja huoltoeläimet omistajan allergioiden vuoksi.

Kuudennen kerroksen kulmayksikkö Sugartopissa, osakehuoneisto Sugar-vuoren huipulla. Vuokralaisilla on käytössään suuri lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, kaksi kylpytynnyriä, saunat, paino- ja kuntosali, piknikpöydät ja grillit. Paikka on vain muutaman minuutin päässä laskettelurinteistä, ostos- ja ruokailutiloista. Yksi laskettelurinteessä on kävelyetäisyydellä, ja muihin pääsee ilmaisella kuljetuksella.

2 isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa parisänky makuuhuoneessa ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta toisessa. Yksikkö sisältää 2 täyttä kylpyammetta kylpyammeella ja suihkulla, suuren tilavuuden pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ilmastointi, täysin varustettu keittiö kaikilla laitteilla ja astianpesukone. TV perhehuoneessa ja jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa. Tämä yksikkö on yksi harvoista lomakohteen yksiköistä, joissa on ilmastointi. Wi-Fi ja kaapeli noin 160 kanavalla ovat saatavana. Vuoristomaisemat näkyvät koko huoneistosta.

The only good thing about this property was the view and location! The rest was the pits...This property NEEDS SERIOUS updating, everything was old, outdated, uncomfortable beds, the showers were good only if you are under 5 feet tall. Just awful, should have stayed in one of the local motels. Spent as little time in the condo as possible. Extremely disappointed!!!

It is dated and needs some basic maintenance and beautification. Master bathroom appears to have new sink faucet and towel hangers but no sink drain stopper. Wallpaper near shower is peeling. Baseboards and tub surround need painting and/or replacement. Toilet does not flush hard enough to remove toilet paper without repeated flushing. One cabinet door severely damaged by bathroom heater.Primary frypan in kitchen is warped and non-stick coating is useless, even when using oil or non-stick spray. Dishwashing sponge in kitchen is in horrible condition. Neither kitchen sink drain stopper is of the correct size so guest cannot stop drain to fill sink with soapy water for washing or water for rinsing. There are no small or medium sized mixing bowls. Just tableware ‘cereal/soup’ bowls and one very large stainless steel bowl.Two ceiling fans have wall mounted speed changers and light dimmers, but you have to stand on the bed and pull a chain to change fan speeds in the master bedroom. Master bedroom closet had only one single clothes hanger.Windows and screens are in poor shape. Patio doors and room windows and screens are difficult to open and close and weather stripping is detached in many places.Deadlock at front door is somewhat misaligned making it difficult to open with key (and even to lock from inside) without manually pulling/pushing door into a non-visible better aligned position.Carpet near patio door is stained. Carpets need to be stretched in places.

Do not rent this property! This is a professional slumlord! This condo is falling apart. The paint on the ceiling is peeling off and falling down. The wallpapers are all curled up and peeling off. The carpet is 30 years old with dirty stains and disgusting. The tile floors have dirty grout dirty moldings sticky floors. There's no air conditioning. No air conditioning. The oven doesn't work. The dryer doesn't work. The fireplace doesn't work. The owners at cheap slumlord that is probably not wanted to fix a thing in this house in the last 30 years. And it's disgusting. They're also too cheap to leave anything like one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a family for 5 days. No cleaning supplies no laundry detergents no complimentary coffee. All the things you come to expect from a good quality host when renting unit. There are far better places to stay avoid this one like the plague. This owner should be removed from all platforms for being a slumlord.

Great resort, very dated, dirty condo

Building and location is great. Condo was extremely old and dirty, smelly, and no A/C. I could deal with the no A/C part but the dirty floors, carpets, beat up baseboards, old paint, paint peeling off in areas, stinky kitchen, sinks, and refrigerator, I had a hard time dealing with. Kitchen stunk so bad! Carpets and tile/grout so dirty and sticky, thankfully I brought slippers, blankets, and towels. Showers had no curtain liner, only a cloth curtain, which contributes to the water damage around the tub. Better shower heads are also needed. Furniture was old. Bedspreads were old. It just felt dirty. Needs to be renovated in the worst way. I felt like I was at my grandmas house. Has potential tho. Hopefully owner renovates and does a deep clean. Get rid of the 1983 carpet, drapes, furniture, kitchen cabinets, nik naks, framed pictures, etc. Place needs a lot of bleach and TLC. Parking is at lower lots, must take shuttle or walk, not a big deal tho. Jeff the gate guy was so nice and so were all the other staff. Amazing views. Wouldn’t stay at this particular condo again unless renovations occur and is clean. WiFi worked great. We didn’t watch tv so not sure how the tvs were. A key pad on the door would also work better and more convenient than a traditional key. Indoor pool area is nice but smoldering. No air flow. Over powering smell of chlorine, 80 with no ventilation is not enjoyable. Other than that, loved the area and had a great time.

Checking in was easy both at the gate for parking pass and at the lobby for check in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if visiting after snow or ice storm. We made it up the first night but slid several times due to ice (the sign at the bottom did say use 4WD). The shuttle service from parking lot to the building is a SUV worked fine for pickups and drop offs, we never had to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes. They have a pantry and "bar" on site for food and beverage purchases as well as a coffee machine. Uber will deliver as well.The facility pool and hot tubs were clean and there was ample space in both. Additionally the pool has a 6 foot deep end!The unit itself was very clean. They have everything you need to cook and make coffee. There are plenty of TV channels and the wifi worked great. The view from the balcony was amazing for sunrises and sunsets. The main shower was short, so if you are over 5'2/5'3"ish you may have to duck to wash hair. Overall the stay was great and I would stay here again.
