Terrible service. Check-in took two hours, and it was incredibly stressful after a long flight, ruining my first impression of the island. The receptionist, Mica, doesn't know what service is, nor does the manager. They only took cash for a deposit, didn't want to check us in, and tried to upsell us an upgrade, even though we'd originally booked a better room.
The room itself was damp, and we weren't happy with the cleaning. The door to the balcony was broken, causing the air conditioner to leak (and this was an upgraded room). The line for breakfast was huge, and the breakfast itself wasn't great either. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels available on the island for New Year's, so we had to endure this nightmare for a week.
We don't recommend it! We're happy we checked out and left.
