Clean rooms. Check in time. Came in at 10 am. Asked if we can have early check in. Been at that hotel 3rd time. N 10/1 not peak season. Begged to have an early checked in as we 4 of us left Manila 3 am. No sleep. Been to other hotels n asked n check in granted as early as 19 am even the allowed check in time is 2 pm. No consideration. Allowed at 1 pm where I told front desk the we r so tired as no sleep at all. No one in the room as we first asked to see our room plus not peak season. Policy she said. This is my third time there n liked the cleanliness. Also walking to the beach area, the walk way not great. Right of way. Not safe n dark. Management should improve it like putting some light post n cementing the walkway towards the beach. This time. I am disappointed no consideration for us. I wouldn’t beg if we r not tired n had enough sleep.
