This was our second stay at this hotel. I will make this my ho to hotel in Borocay. Its on the less crowded end of island, I like that. Have to walk to get to mall area, but thats ok with me. Borocay got s a great update and liked the new policies. Could walk entire length of beach without chairs and tables blocking the way. Need to work on the people bothering you every ten feet to buy a service such as island tours and things. Really a hassle after the first ten people try to sell you the same thing.

Please be honest with your advt- get two nights and 1 free is not true to your word. I could have paid the same amount of money for a better 3 star rated hotel The facility is not at par with a three star hotel. Not happy with your advert and felt I was shortchanged!!!

Awesome stay!

The staff were very accommodating. We were welcomed with fresh juice drinks upon check-in. Location is perfect! Beachfront & away from the usual crowded area in station 1 & 2. Best for family with kids to enjoy the beach and take photos. Breakfast is okay. Their ham & cheese panini is superb and their burger steak is our daughter’s favorite. Rose Pike is value for money!

a comfortable stay on Boracay

Personnel were very helpful and courteous, even to arranging for transportation to the jetty early in the morning when a storm was rolling in. Room was fine. Food from the restaurant was good, especially for the reasonable price. The place is fairly quiet and is right next to the beach.

Its under construction, so you wil definitely hear loud banging and drills. House keeping isnt a regular thing you actually have to ask for it. Beach front yes but its about 20 mins walk to get to the "d mall" and 10 mins for activities. Breakfast menu needs twicking Staff were polite and always pleasant. No lounge at the beach and you have to rent a towel for 100 pesos or for 2 dollars and if you want a fresh new one you have to pay again,unlike other hotel that would give you a beach towel.

It wasn't very fancy, but the staff was very nice. As far as cleanliness, the bathroom had some cleaning products left over from the previous customer when I arrived. My bedroom was fine, but the bathroom had a steady parade of ants coming through the wall my entire visit. The price was good, and I didn't stay in the room much at all except to sleep, so the shortcomings didn't bother me.

In Station 3 just far enough away from the busy area but close enough to walk there in a couple minutes! Staff were always happy and helpful!!! Drinks cold and food was very good as well!

Fabulous location and wonderful staff

The Rose Pike is in one of the best beach front locations in Station 3. Quiet, clean and white sand beach only a 5 minute ride from the party area in Stations 1 & 2. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and give you privacy and full facilities. Food is excellent but the menu iss quite limited; free breakfast is nice and well presented. One of the main highlights of this hotel is the staff, friendly and efficient, the realkytrees do make your stay enjoyable.

Nice hotel right on the beach

I have to say I really lucked out when I booked this hotel, as I was looking to have a quiet and relaxing vacation on the beach. This was my first time being in Boracay, so I booked the Rose Pike not knowing what to expect. It's in station 3 which is alot quieter and less busy than the other stations ( you don't have to listen to the loud music from the bars all night, which are a ways down the beach) but it's also close enough that you can easily walk to the more busy and touristy spots, like Willy's Rock. The hotel is right on the beach and has the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever stayed with. Restaurants ( Station X, which I highly recommend), Bars, Willy's Rock and D'mall are just a walk down the beach, and it's about 30-40 minutes to the end of the White Sand Beach. If you are looking for a quieter and more relaxed vacation but are still close enough to the action, I highly recommend The Rose Pike @ Boracay!

Needs major work

I had to experience debris falling from ceiling on my electronic equipment i was breaching that in for three weeks. out dated sink, Hotel staff were nice enough to move my room but the shower flooding, leaking sink, water leaking from ceiling, doors have big gaps between to see through the other side, feel like you have no privacy. I travel all over the world and I can definitely say out of my first room and the room change they are the worst rooms i have ever experienced in my life. Im a reporter so i was able to visit and interview with neighboring hotels and they were in much better shape The hotel staff kindness and attentiveness to guess concerns and issues were impeccable. Very professional, friendly competent. The food is good and nice atmosphere

Great hotel !

Great place to stay ! Right on the beach with great sunset views. Too bad the water has so much green algae in it now would have made it better. ( not the hotels fault ) Breakfast could be a little better for sure .. not many options if you are staying multiple days. Its simple and ok but could be spruced up a little bit :)
