Fantastic hotel in the historic district of beautiful Bordeaux. Small room but more than adequate, had everything you needed. Great bed & shower. Highly recommend.

Great location. Nice bar/lounge. Friendly front desk staff. I would recommend this hotel with the exception of the breakfast - it was disappointing and the breakfast staff member was unfriendly. There are some great breakfast/brunch options that are within easy walking distance.

Great choice!

The hotel was in a great location for all the key sights in Bordeaux. The rooms although typically European small looked like they had been refurbished yesterday . The staff could not have been more attentive. Would definitely return again!

I would say setting a standard is difficult but important step in ranking a hotel. Between picking a great vs not a great hotel based on some reviews is a bit difficult and somewhat challenging. This pick was a great one. Kenzo helped in registering our car and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Then we had the chance to meet Diana such a nice person with a friendly smile she made us feel welcomed and as if we knew her for our entire life. Picking the right staff at the front desk is key in the hospitality business since they are the face of the business. Thanks to Kenzo and Diana without a doubt I would recommend this hotel. I would like to take a moment and acknowledge the crew who organized our room and ensured our room is tidy. Thanks for the everything. Joe & Dolly

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, it had a lovely vibe that truely made you feel you were in France. The staff were accommodating in evey way and the breakfast was vey good. A very enjoyable stay.

Room was small and falsely advertised on Expedia. Far too expensive for this small room. Bathroom door right off bedside was frosted glass sliding.. making privacy impossible, especially at night to switch on light. Fridge in room was broken and dirty inside. Would not recommend.
