You will enter via the corridor which will take you into a comfortable and very bright living room facing south, with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs and a beautiful fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen is located opposite the living room with a dining area for 5 people.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with a TV in front of the bed, a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) as well as a single bed (90 cm), the bathroom attached to the bedroom has a nice tiled Italian shower, a large bathtub and 2 sinks.
The flat is equipped with Wifi and linen (optional).
You will also benefit from a parking space in the Auditorium public car park, cours Georges Clemenceau, a stone's throw from the flat.

There is a noise detector "Minut" on site.


DEPOSIT

A €350 bank imprint will be requested as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be made before arrival in the flat. It is managed by the Swikly secure online service.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €4.50.

Arrivals are only from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, it is possible to arrive later on request with an additional charge of €15 per hour of waiting after 8:30pm.
