Stepping out onto the small terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast or lunch between baths, you can really breathe it, For the sea is right there, behind the houses. You can't see it but you can feel it and, above all, you can reach it easily: on foot it's 4 minutes, the time it takes to walk the 200 meters that separate the vacation home from the waterfront promenade that winds in front of Borghetto Santo Spirito. And if you want to get as far as the center of Loano, the minutes become 30 and the kilometers 2: a beautiful promenade dotted with restaurants and clubs and overlooking the Ligurian Sea. The apartment, located on the second floor of a 4-story building with an elevator, is fully air conditioned and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and sofa (convertible into a second double bed), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
