Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels (bath, hand, and washcloths), sheets, and pillowcases into the provided laundry bags in the master bedroom basket.
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and the TV before checkout. Please also make sure the AC/heating units are set to Off or Auto.
Lock the front, side apartment, and 2nd-floor deck doors. Leave the shared side porch (1st floor) entrance unlocked for cleaner access.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
