The place was very clean and they did housekeeping everyday. For every floor it looked as though they have two housekeepers. The bathroom is clean and the room was clean. The breakfast was standard fare, including eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes, pancake station, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, strawberry fruit topping, a variety of juices including cranberry and orange juice, and a coffee machine dispensing regular decaf coffee as well as hot water. What they say is true in that they do have a player area in the main lobby which does include a train set (wooden).

Checking in was a big problem as the person took literally 17 minutes to give us our key card. We had a delayed flight and did make it to the hotel until 2am, so this really tested my patience.

Yet another rude New England front desk manager who told me what I would not receive and how it's his job to say No to polite, reasonable requests (coffee in the room).
