The hotel facilities are lively. The “rules” about shipping and receiving were the worst I’ve experienced. Some of the staff were great, others were unhelpful. It was hit or miss. The location is great though.

The only thing I might suggest is a deep clean in the executive lounge, the furniture looks like it could use a steam cleaning. You can just tell that this hotel has been busy and could use some attention to details like that.

We had a great stay at Copley. Our room was large corner room-tons of windows and a great view. Hotel staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, Yard House at hotel was fun place to be and the food was good- you are charged $30 resort fee and get $20 at restaurant credit so- at least stop and grab something .
