The customer service of every employee we encountered was wonderful! It started with the valet, to the front desk, to the restaurant and bar! I highly recommend the bar and restaurant, the food was beyond excellent! Danny and Jen really went above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect!

Thin walls but excellent hotel

Very nice hotel. Nice view of Boston. Excellent location in the Seaport for using an Uber/Taxi to travel in and out of Boston. The walls are pretty thin so just be aware if you're booking this hotel for peace and quiet.

I don’t think there’s such a thing as thinner toilet paper. I think you charge more than disneyworld for valet parking. And it’s slow to get your car back. I had to wake up 45 minutes early just to put in the request. Said they would text back when car is ready, didn’t get texts back.
