Let me start by saying the hotel is very nice and very well located. Now, I have to say thatI had high expectations being part of Hilton. We ordered room service e that we never got. The next day we let our room at 9:00 and and returned at 4:00 pm to find out it had not been cleaned. While we were changing to g out again housekeeping knocked and we told her we would live in 30 minutes to which she replied that she would be gone by then! By the time we left, we saw they were still cleaning some bedrooms so not clear why she was not able to come back later and clean ours. We never expected our room not to be cleaned by 4:00 but even worse that se said se couldn’t come back. Complained at the front desk and got a credit of like $40 for some fees you get charged per night, so they discounted one charge only. I am not complaining about the credit, even though I thought it would be for both nights, but I complaining about the bad service we got both from the restaurant and housekeeping. Definitely not what we expected from this kind of hotel.
