The tub, table and phone were covered in hair and dust. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Even though there was a snow storm and extremely cold out, the heater blew cold air.

There was no hot water. The manager said it would be available later that night, but it wasn’t. Nor was there any hot water the next morning. I did not stay another night and got a refund. Glad they refunded my money but I would have preferred hot water and no runaround.

I'm rating it "good" as I went in with the expectations that this is "below average good". If you want actual "good", don't stay here. Technically, it has a Boston address... but it's not anywhere you want to be. Well, that's not entirely true... it's bookended by a 24-hours McDonalds and IHOP (which can be pretty convenient). Parking is included (which you won't find in proper Boston hotels) but then you are driving or taking a Uber each way - so that free parking may cancel itself. OK OVERALL: Did I see some questionable characters coming and going? Yes. (Not sure if this hotel offers "by the hour" but you get my drift). Did anyone bother me? No. Was my room clean? Yes, plus some newer hotels don't have fridge and microwave and this room did. Was my room fancy? No. Did the WiFi work? Yes. Did anything keep me up or awake at night? No. Was the staff friendly? They were neither friendly nor unfriendly... they did their jobs well. So if you come with the right expectations, I absolutely recommend.

Separate need of repairs. Plumbing is noisy. noise from next door. No carers. Pluming leak noise. AC units are ancient and extremely noisy. Staff were kind and nice, my rating is based on the fact that I needed to get some rest but after suffering until 5AM, I switch to another hotel

We came snd stayed for a sports tournament. The property was very clean and you could tell that they prioritize cleanliness. The furniture was a little worn but functional. It would have been great to have a light breakfast and a vending machine but there were food options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful which i liked.
