The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, greeted me right when I walked in and got checked in quickly. They forgot to tell me I had a free breakfast, so I woke up to a "free breakfast" coupon that had been slipped under my door overnight. I hadn't left any time for breakfast, so missed it. It would have been good to know that upon check-in. The room was super comfortable, AC worked well (although was pretty loud/dripping sounds), very clean and quiet. Room service was affordable, and the food was delivered in about 15 minutes. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip to Boston. Negative reviews very easily influence me, so I was trepidatious heading into the weekend, given the reviews about cleanliness and noise. Now, following my trip, I specifically wanted to make I remembered to write a review, so I can reassure future travellers that this is a perfect hotel. I was able to check into my room early, which was very helpful as I'd taken the 4 hour train from New York and need to freshen up before heading out into the city. There are water fountains on each floor, which are very helpful. I had my own water bottle with me, but they do provide them. The room itself was fairly large and well-appointed. My only comment about the room was that it was dusty. For 4 stars, I would expect it not to be dusty, but maybe they just hadn't had someone stay in the room the night before. There are suspiciously few photos online of the bathrooms, but I can confirm that they are nice and functional. The water pressure in the shower was 10/10. I had ZERO problems with noise. The hallways are carpeted, so it's tricky to hear people coming and going, any more than you'd expect at a hotel. Maybe the other reviewers went on a rowdy weekend or are light sleepers. The breakfast vouchers were much appreciated. The restaurant next door was nice. The check out process was seamless and they were able to store my luggage on my last day till I had my return train. Overall, it's a lovely hotel

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Last minute getaway to Boston. Hotel is conveniently located near City Hall and Quincy Market. Convenient walking to many areas of the city. Our room was a bit small, and bathroom needs to be updated, but the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Very accommodating service at the front desk. Although we stayed for 6 nights, we opted for express service mid-stay which included changing towel & getting new coffee pods. However, it would be nice to have the option of getting clean cups. We had a kitchenette but it had no plates, utensils etc & only 2 coffee cups & 2 glasses.
