Excelente hotel. Lo elegí porque dentro de sus servicios dice traslado aeropuerto 24/7 y es exactamente así cada 30 min tienen traslado, a diferencia de otros que inician 5am,éste hotel sí cumple 24/7 Únicamente recomiendo a sus dueños un desayuno más duradero ya que hay vuelos arrives 1am y levantarse temprano es complicado. O lo otro es tener habilitado la opción de hospedaje sin desayuno. Pero muy bien todo

Escogimos éste lugar por ser el único que te garantiza trasporte al aeropuerto o train 24/7.Tuvimos nuestras dudas pero definitely ellos trabajan shuttle 24/7. Todo el personal es amable y trata de resolver tus inquietudes, con una agradable sonrisa y un hermoso trato. Siempre tienen una solución para que tu estancia sea agradable, siempre te dicen si a todo. Definitivamente siempre que nuestro vuelo sea tarde, reservaré aquí. Algunas sugerencias son, actualizar o pintar los dormitorios y pasillos y cambiar la alfombra por tonos más lindos, así como pintaron el exterior y quedo muy bonito. El desayuno debería terminar 11am como en otros hoteles, ya que si tu llegas 1am y tu vuelo fue muy cansado, será difícil levantarse tan temprano a desayunar. La otra sugerencia es contar con un número de WhatsApp para que los huéspedes puedan llamar desde aeropuerto o lobby para que te vayan a recogerte, obviamente tienen un servicio de cada 30 min de servicio, pero pudimos observar, que son tan eficientes que en algunas ocasiones si llegas al tren o aeropuerto y llamas que estás ahí, ellos pueden coordinar con un chófer y si está cerca regresan por ti y no debes esperar 30 min, por eso tener habilitado WhatsApp sería otra herramienta para clientes extranjeros. El desayuno es muy bueno pero podría ser mejor. Pero el servicio del personal de éste hotel es magnífico.

This is a great property. It's clean and new furnishings. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is extensive. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. In line with the price point I think. The airport shuttle was the reason I chose this and it was great. My only issue was with the restaurant downstairs. Perhaps it was an off night but maybe avoid pick up and just eat there.
