This is an airport hotel that reminds me of a hotel where hockey or baseball teams stay for tournaments. Very basic. Buffet breakfast was basic, and OK. Airport shuttle was helpful.

Check in with Fabio went smoothly, Fabio was excellent; he was personable and professionally answered all my questions. All staff encounters were professional and personal. Rooms were clean. Good breakfast options , however, no grits, lol. Pool was fairly warm and clean. Have already booked my next stay here. Next years vacation we will be staying here again.

The staff are very helpful and considerate. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggages for storage. My husband and i went for a walk outside when we came back it was still early to check in, i asked the front if a room is ready as i was tired and need to sleep. The front desk staff checked and there was 1 available and she gave it to us. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. We checked out at 4am the next day, freshly brewed coffee and 2 varieties of muffin in the lobby, while waiting for the shuttle-was able to have coffee and a muffin.I will absolutely come back to this hotel when i am in the area and will be recommending this hotel to family and friends .
