Decent but Old Style Room

Nice one room Suite but old. Older decor with literally not a single USB plug in the entire room. This is 2025 so it’s a huge surprise that this is a missing element. The feel of the hotel is busy. The location was decent. A huge bright spark is Gabe at the restaurant. He was quick, friendly, patient and attentive. Thank you.

Basic room, ok, bed comfortable check in easy; main complaint was hearing I 93 whizzing all night, and a huge floodlight shining up onto our window. If I stayed there again I would ask for a room on the other side.

Very nice and clean property but needs better organization when it comes to dealing with finance issues. Upon check in, one lady at the front desk charged me twice for "incidentals" which in fact was two charges for a one night stay when I already booked and paid for a one night stay through Expedia. I called about ten times about issuing the refund and kept getting directed to different staff. Finally, one staff member Mina was wonderful and took care of the receipt to issue my credit, thank you! I got the credit refund about two weeks later, but not through them, it was through my debit card company.

The place was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s in a prime location for quick trips into Boston. The only letdown was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working and apparently hasn't been for quite some time. It would be helpful if Expedia updated this info, as it was one of the main reasons I booked. But overall, it’s still a great place to stay!
