Check in took time due to an issue on my part - and the staff was very patient. Breakfast was served by a very professional but warm barista. She made the experience lovely. Amenities were nice - made use of the pool which was clean, plenty of fresh towels available. Room was spacious and clean.

Clean, well appointed room, thoughtful layout and ambiance. Split bathroom is so functional, efficient & quiet HVAC System. We stayed overnight due to early morning Boston Logan Delta flight, and hotel was only minutes from Woburn Logan Express Shuttles! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Expensive breakfast/dinner menu should have more food options especially for kids was supposed to have a sofa bed and king size bed in room but only had king size bed but no big deal we were still good pool was great staff professional and cordial and very inviting.

Clean room, amazing staff for 90% of the time! Really nice amenities, i loved the bistro on sight having actually delicious food not typical hotel food! There was a worker named Jude that went above and beyond the expected obligations and the guy at the bistro also did! The only downside was an angry busy employee on our way out but genuinely not holding that against them because that’s clearly not their norm. I’d love to stay there again!

Bait and switch. Pre-Paid for a king bed and sofa bed. Ended up with two queens in a room in the Lower Lever aka basement across from the mechanical room. Blinds wouldn't close so the spotlight facing the window shone through the entire night.
