Propery Overview:

1st floor: Open living/dining area, full kitchen, sunroom/laundry room, half bath, side deck, back deck.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, full bath. 3rd floor: bedroom/office.
Basement: full bathroom. Please note that the basement stairs are narrow and have low clearance, so it may be difficult for some individuals to get to the basement. Additionally, you must pass through an unfinished basement to reach the bathroom.

Guest access:

Guests may access all parts of the house apart from two rooms on the second floor (home office and walk-in closet). It is not recommended to go to the backyard, as it is sloped and tricky to walk.

Interaction with guests:

Readily available by message/text to answer questions, and by phone to address more urgent issues.

Other details to note:

We live in the house and rent it out when we travel. As such, you may notice our food in the fridge/freezer and pantry. We leave the common cooking ingredients available to guests on the kitchen countertop. We ask that guests message us about using any other food or ingredients.

Allergy notice: dogs live on the property, but will not be present during your stay.
