Listing did not mention that the hotel was located right over I-90 resulting in considerable road noise. Property was somewhat dated in the hallways. There also issues with the parking pass.

The small restaurant did not open on a regular basis. It was closed on weekends. The toilet in room 705 ran water. The noise from the turnpike was very loud and you could hear the occupants in the adjoining room. Room service was excelent.

Bright light over the highway.

I booked the hotel late and I arrived late but was greeted with a warm, professional spirit. It’s a large facilitiy so it has lots of ground to cover. But the attractive interior is a delight. The hotel sits right on the highway so it was a The hotel sits right on the highway so it was not difficult to find. Did not get to sample the breakfast since I was out for an early meeting. The parking facility is adjacent and was no trouble getting in and out of, but it’s not particularly convenient for those with mobility issues still, a very pleasant day.

My room smelled stale and musty and I sneezed a lot. The staff were 5/10, they weren't horrible but not welcoming. The entire hotel, reception, elevators, hallways felt dingy. The highway runs right under the building. My room on the 4th floor, the highway noise was louder than the air conditioner. I couldn't sleep at all and was miserable. There is also beeping in the hallway all night, possibly a low battery to smoke detector? I could hear other guests talking through the walls. Awful
