Despite being mid October room was way too hot. Reading other reviews it’s either this or freezing cold. Reception staff confirmed this too. Facilities good and clean, staff excellent. Stayed in 6 bed mixed dorm.

Clean room, staff extremely helpful but I had serious problems finding the place from South Station. Very easy once you have found it but I asked several people for directions n was given different directions.

Really wanted to like this place but everytime I stay here i always get put in a room with someone snoring way too loud in the room. Staff is overwhelmed by workload and doesn't give great service. Lots of common room areas but many areas are never cleaned. You're better off staying at Found Boston; smaller property but much better managed plus you atlrast have a chance to get a room without loud snoring people. Or better yet just stay in a real hotel. You will regret trying to save money by staying here.

Didn’t know Hostels in the US were a thing and was so grateful as a solo female traveler to find this place. I appreciated the separate bathrooms that were also showers and if you needed a little extra space, you could use the ADA one. (That’s what I did on my first night to get my luggage in comfortably). There is a locker for personal belongings and you can bring a lock, a curtain by your bed for privacy (along with a few plug ins and a light) and I had no issue with temperature. There is also access to a community kitchen and fridge if you have leftovers from a meal or want to cook. As well as activities for guests (both free and paid). Also snacks and small food items for purchase in lobby. Staff was helpful and kind.

I've stayed here numerous times over the years and it never disappoints. The common areas are so comfortable and spacious, while the beds offer plenty of privacy and the thick walls & doors shut out noise - I have never had a bad night of sleep here. Many thanks to the reception staff on the morning of my arrival and later at check-in - I really benefited from that extra half hour ! Look forward to my next stay.

My first time staying in a hostel in US was fantastic. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are some activities planned everyday. Managed to join the yoga glass at Boston Common. Love it so much! Hope to come back again!

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience overall. The common area was lively and welcoming, and the bathrooms were very clean. Staff were super helpful—I accidentally badged out once and they quickly gave me a spare key card with no fuss. My room was a bit noisy since it faced the street, but that’s to be expected given the location. Would stay again.

Great location, interesting activities, nice staff, clean rooms, nice setup ie area for luggage, multiple electricals, bed curtain for privacy. Needs more everything in the kitchen, cups, plates, etc. Needs new and more pots and pans, more toasters, needs some sort of organization in the fridge as is everyone just dumped everything on top of everything else already there, maybe provide stackable bins. The property showed wear and tear since i stayed 2 years ago.
