The hotel do not have shuttel at night, reseption does not answer and not helpfull. At 24:30 there was fire alarm for testing by fire department. Horoble hotel, very far from the Airport -Uber takes 35$. Not recommand !!!!!!!

I am so glad I chose to stay at this property! It is about a five minute walk to the Chelsea Commuter T Station where you can head into North Station in about ten minutes. There are several dining and shopping options around the hotel for quick food runs if you are hungry. There is a Statbucls within walking distance as well, but the hotel has coffee available during the morning hours. Highly recommend staying here.

Check in was cold. Person behind the desk didn’t even look up at us. I look for two things in the room - clean and quiet. It was clean but not quiet at all. Hallways noisy until 11pm, vehicles with beeping back up sounds all night (pretty much constant), and fire alarm test at about 2am that almost knocked us out of bed. Terrible experience, would recommend no one stay here.

I thought I booked a stay at a Hampton inn with a pool but arrived to find that there is no pool here. I was informed that there are two Hampton Inns with the same name. One in Chelsea and one in Revere. This is the one without. The number one thing we wanted was a pool and I would not have booked this hotel if I had known it did not have one. I am very disappointed and had crying children who were also very disappointed.
