Decent hotel in Natick MA

I hate to complain but there were a few problems. The shower soap was empty. The bathroom sink did not drain well and they never fixed it. I like bacon , they were supposed to have it but didn’t. They had some unidentifiable patty instead. Then there was the waffle machine. Only one, with a long long wait.

The check in and check out process was great. Friendly staff and helpful. The room condition was poor. Stained chair and carpet was old. Rooms not cleaned daily so needed to ask for clean towels
