Room was clean and neat upon arrival. When asked about getting extra blankets and pillows staff was upfront about a possible struggle to get extra blankets due to laundry issue but was able to accommodate before it was time for bed. Had a great selection for breakfast items. Would recommend noting what ingredients are in the food due to food allergies.

Untenable situation turned around by great staff!

Staff was pleasant when we arrived in and throughout our interaction; however, the first room we entered was uninhabitable due to the horrendous noice coming from the heater unit. When we tried to call the desk, the phone, too, was not working. Once we went downstairs, straff were able to find a new room for us. We are unsure how the original room was ever offered to customers. The gentleman at the desk Sunday a.m. obviously enjoyed his job and spread happiness!

The staff was excellent. My main issue was that the coffee maker was in the bathroom. On purpose- there was a shelf for it in there and it was plugged in. Extremely unsanitary!
