Very nice hotel. They were very accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is very busy and loud. They provide earplugs which work very well. Staff was great.

Great breakfast and appreciated the free shuttle service to downtown for my family. Affordable overnight parking. The area is rough with many homeless folks and police presence. Did not feel comfortable walking around. Room is dated, but clean.

The check in was slow ,the recptionist was clueless, I had to leave a deposit of 100 Us per night though it is not mentioned on Expedia booking intinerary. The lobby is shabby and not esthetic in general outdated. Rooms are outdated NO BLANKETS!Iwas freezing all of my stay , Huge dirty stain near elevators.Very noisy area all night police and ambulance sirens. No wine glasses everything is paper cups, plastic cups. Convenient parking for 25usd a night
