I stayed at this hotel with a friend while in town for a convention, and what should have been a fun and productive trip turned into an absolute nightmare. We both left covered in bed bug bites – extremely itchy, uncomfortable, and distressing. This was disgusting and not to mention painful. We chose this hotel based on brand reputation and location, but this experience has left us questioning both. The rooms were clearly not properly cleaned or inspected. Having to deal with bed bug bites and the fear of bringing them home is unacceptable for any guest, let alone paying customers staying for multiple nights during a busy travel period. I am requesting compensation in the form of a full refund or hotel chain credit to cover the cost of this stay. At the very least, it is what should be done to address the suffering, inconvenience, and frustration this situation has caused. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it promptly—not just for us, but to prevent future guests from going through the same awful experience.

Very nice one day trip

The gym and pool were nice and clean even at 10:30pm, the coffee and tea downstairs always full, and breakfast was quite tasty and varied.

Never go to this hotel

Let’s start off by the fact that the hotel is attached to a methadone clinic and the surrounding the hotel was a bunch of methadone, addicts and drug addicts. My family felt very unsafe and we did not stay the night as a matter fact you guys charged me for the first night and we did not even stay there so I am asking for a refund before I dispute it with my credit card And write a letter to the CEO of Hampton Bay at Hilton to explain how disgusting that hotel is

Overall it was good. But kind of expensive for the area it is in. Not walkable at all with all the drug addicts in the streets around. But they gave us a great room for my special needs son with room for him to run without getting hurt or bothering neighbors.

Great price & Clean!

Hotel lobby is beautiful and the room was very clean only complaints is the peep hole cover was broken ,one of the nightstand’s lamp did not work nor did the outlets to that lamp and the light outside the bathroom door did not work. But overall the room was clean and me and my partner felt very comfortable during our stay. Yes the location is on Mass Ave and can be sketchy at night but the police/security outside the hotel are consistently patrolling the area which made us feel a lot more safe. Keep in mind it is near the hospital so the area can noisy and you’ll hear lots of sirens and cars but personally that did not bother us at all. Also you need a key card to activate the elevators which also helped us feel more comfortable and safe during our stay. Hotel is right next to Boston Medical which is why we chose this hotel because i had surgery there so if you have appointments at the hospital this hotel is perfect for that. Overall the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the price is very affordable for how nice the hotel is
