We stayed in a literal construction zone. No notice was given to us that the hotel would be under these conditions during our stay. We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the window was not sealed and there was a blizzard outside. The other because extremely loud construction was taking place on the floor above us and woke us up in the morning. At no point did any staff member apologize or try to take measures to improve our stay. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend.

Worst hotel stay ever. Booked in a room right below renovation construction. Very loud banging scraping drilling sanding we could not even hear ourselves speak. Resulting in little sleep horrible headaches and aggravated allergies. They made no offer of concession only to move my room which is an inconvenience even further. Many other patrons were also complaining for the same reason or worse some of them having no water. Completely unacceptable management practice to book people in the midst of Renovations that are that loud and disruptive. I'll be doing my best not to book anything further with Hilton.

We checked out on 12/30, and I am writing this on 1/5 after a full week of continued silence and failed follow-through. During our 12-night stay, we experienced repeated breakdowns in housekeeping and basic communication. Requests were acknowledged and then ignored, and the property’s internal coordination appeared consistently dysfunctional. After checkout, Leon, a front desk supervisor, apologized and explained that David (the General Manager) and Eriko were on vacation. Leon offered a refund of one third of the stay, but said it had to be initiated through Expedia and that the hotel would then confirm it. I initiated the request as instructed. On 1/2, Expedia notified me that they had attempted multiple times to reach the hotel and no one responded, so the refund request was denied. This is completely consistent with our experience throughout the stay: promises made, then silence. I notified Leon, David, Eriko, and Hilton Guest Assistance immediately after Expedia’s 1/2 message. As of 1/5, I have still heard nothing. Adding to the absurdity, neither David nor Eriko had out-of-office messages on their email, so there was no indication that guest concerns were being monitored or delegated in their absence. The location is excellent, and the hotel has potential. Unfortunately, that potential is being squandered by what appears to be a culture of exceedingly poor leadership, lax standards, and general incompetence. This is well below what one expects from the Hilton name.
