Good location

Friendly staff. Good location. Room was your typical Hilton. Wish they had nicer showers. We walked to Boston common and back and also walked to Fenway. Good restaurants nearby.

Great location and beautiful hotel, service is ok

The hotel is in a great location. My husband and I stayed for a red sox game. It was an easy 15min walk to fenway. We had a kings room. It was spacious. The front desk was friendly. We did not have housekeeping during our 2 night stay.....not sure why? I called to request extra tp and bath towel, neither was brought to the room. Also we could not turn our tv on. The hotel is expensive and I expected better service.

While we were there for a concert I felt disrespected and gouged. If you are splurging to be near Fenway Park choose a different hotel. I got completely ignored after being seated at breakfast while there were only two other small groups already served and watched the server ignore us, possibly because we don't come off as "wealthy". Then around 9:30 with a checkout at 11:00 we went to go upstairs and our keys no longer worked. They had checked us out without asking. Deposit was 150.00 + a 70 dollar parking fee. Meaning after you spend about 400 a night on a decent room near the park they want 225.00 more. Ridiculous, as someone who has recently stayed in Washington DC and Asheville NC. Genuinely made my experience in Boston worse and made me feel very bad.

Location is great. Bed sizes are small. Reserved bedroom with 2 queens and they were not queen-size. The beds were very comfortable, but just small. Everything was average except location and the fact they have free parking, which was really wonderful.

The hotel was fine. Its older and it shows. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Worst food ever. Hotel bar/restaurant seems to only serve frozen food they warm up as its ordered. Charcuterie board is a joke for the price. Pizza pepperoni doesn't belong on there ever. Hotel is close to lota of rhings, so good to walk around and see some sites. Close to Fenway Park.
