The pool area was covered in mold, pool was also freezing. The restaurant closed 1 hour and 20 minutes before the sign said both for dinner and for breakfast. Plus there were mice running all over the floor in the restaurant area. Room was clean, the staff was very kind.

One of the two queen beds smelled very strong of chemicals and stunk up the entire room. We had to prop the door open to air out the room, which didn’t really help. We weren’t able to use that bed and both felt sick after being in the room for more than 12 hours. Would not recommend this hotel. Also, the cleaning staff were outside our room from 3pm-6pm, (then we left for supper), talking extremely loud, non-stop, so we could not rest.

This was an overnight stay as my dad was having surgery at lahey clinic the following morning and had to be there very early. I asked for late checkout and was allowed to stay until 12:45 which gave me the opportunity to get some rest before having to go back to hospital. The breakfast buffet was delicious and warm (which is not always the case) as well. Overall excellent stay especially for the price.

Just be prepared

The bathroom in our room was filthy. When we asked the front desk if someone could clean it, they said no. People in our group ordered pizza and wings for dinner. They figured they could eat it in the lobby/common area and were told that it was not allowed, and they crammed into a single room together instead. Some very weird rules at this place. Men’s room was filthy and other places were a bit run down.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was close to the mall and multiple places to dine. We had a great and extended the stay one more night.
