It was great for the price the rooms had done quirks however. First the doors to one of the rooms was broken and wouldn’t shut. Second one pillow had some kind of stain. Overall it was good

The room was very clean , it had a funky smell when you walked in, don’t know why. The tv had very limited channels. And the bed was hard, usually I love the beds at your hotels. It was very quiet, considering how busy it was.

Our first room had a busted door so we couldn’t even open the door to our room. We were told it “happens a lot”. A new room was given. Both nights the people in the room next door were up late and I was kept awake by them. You could hear them clearly through the walls.

Rooms are not serviced daily so lacking in shower soap, towels etc. cable TV was broken. Upon leaving we got a receipt that indicated we were from the UK, we are not. Service button on phone was not functional so we had to walk to front desk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was ok. We had to have the heater fixed on our first day and then had to move to a different room our last night. The television worked good but finding a station that would load so we could watch was very frustrating. The hotel was clean and parking was good. There is a great selection of restaurants close and access to the interstate is good.
