We manage to get a room on the 5th floor that had already been remodeled. The facility is going through a remodel from the top down so I highly suggest you requested the upper floors. Be prepared for ongoing construction. The fire alarm went off one night. It was some kind of malfunction so other front desk just sent someone to our room to pull the unit and we remained without a fire alarm for the rest of our stay.

Generally a good stay for business travel. The AC units and firdges I always find too loud, and generally awitch them off. I did leave two shirts behind and tried to contact the hotel from Canada. I was cut off during the transfer and I sent a message online. Still no reply. I would still like to know if I could get these returned? Thanks

The breakfast was great as was noted previously on some reviews. I was there for five nights, and each and every front desk person I encountered was most pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be a return customer.

It was a pretty comfortable room. The only downside was that the air was right beside the bed and in order to cool the room it blew into the bed and made it feel damp.

Its in a decent location to drive back and forth to Boston from. The gym and hot tub are ok. The free breakfast was passable - they need to up their game on the cooked food (omlettes tasted like fake egg and bacon was made from bacon-like paper), but they had a decent variety of other stuff. Staff was friendly, parking was easy. Bed mattress was too soft for me (I dont like pillow top mattresses) but actually didnt make my back feel sore the next morning as they often do. Overall it was fine.

This is right outside of Boston City limits. It's close to the train station which makes it easier to get back and forth into the city. The staff was so amazing, kind and very understanding. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh and really good. They are in the process of renovating and I had the privilege of staying in a renovated room and it was wonderful.

stayed 2 nigths from july 20-22, rooms are clean and beds super comfy. first morning we are trying to sleep and at 8am to 4pm, it was so nosy. they are renovating rooms and the noise of the saw cutting pipes and walls, and construction guys yelling at each other in the room above us was simply ridiculous. no way we could rrst and or work in this environment. i went to front desk to mention this issue and they didnt care at all. i told them why renting rooms above and next to this exact room when you know that it will be noisy and not fun for the people trying to rest and enjoy their time off. really disapointing.

This hotel stands out as the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. There is a complete lack of care from the staff when it comes to cleanliness. The carpet in our room was horrendous, with visible blood stains, and the walls were covered with dark marks. The room had a persistent stench. The entire third floor looked vandalized and noisy renovations began as early as 8:30 a.m., with banging that shook the building. The breakfast was bland and offered very little variety. The young man at reception was extremely slow and clearly lacked proper training
