The room was fine. The first morning we were waken by a fire alarm across the entire hotel. No apologies. No restitution. Our second night we were locked out of our room because the extended reservation through Expedia did not show on their screen. It took us over an hour of talks with Expedia by me and by your reps to no avail. We have a refund for the second stay in the process and were charged over $30 more plus $50 extra for possible damages to the room twice. $100. We are not happy needless to say. That’s not all. There was a ring around the bathtub. The second day breakfast there was no coffee available because the ran out of coffee filters. The tables were not wiped down the entire time of breakfast. No stevia provide for those who don’t want to be poisoned by the pink and blue stuff, the hot water emptied so no second cup of tea. Just to let you know we could overlook most of these failings, but we cannot overlook the way the desk clerk Jamiah treated us and your people. In my opinion she should have let us in our room as I am 82 years old and already had an aggravating day and was tired besides my battery was in red with my charger locked in the room. She was aware of all of this as my husband is very loud. In my opinion she should have contacted Expedia to rectify this situation as she could clearly see our receipt and confirmation numbers. Not make her customer do all the calling and still not accepting the fact that we did indeed have a reservati.
