Everything was really good except the freezing pool. I was disappointed about it, considering I double checked they had a heated indoors pool, nor the room where the pool was. The response by the person at the front desk was totally inapropiate arguing there is a law in Massachusetts that forbids hotels to have a warm pool, totally false; as if I, as a swimmer, haven't been in other indoors pool in Needham or Boston. For a 5 days stay I asked before making a reservation, I feel they lied to me about the facilities of the hotel. For a Hilton place I recommend checking this. Propiat

The room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Apparently everyone sleeps on the side closest to the bathroom. The mattress was sunken on that side and lumpy. Time for a new mattress.

Pool was not in service and the rooms smoke detectors are crazy bright with a really bright blinking light! I would have left if I was staying more than a night! Like seriously who put these type of detectors in a room! If you stay you will be up all night staring at these flashlights !

Check in was fast. Kenny was professional , friendly, efficient and actually did something we see very little of when checking in. EYE CONTACT with a pleasant smile. Rooms was clean. Decor was like home. Breakfasts was delicious. Kudos to the chef. Staff was very diligent in keeping everything well stocked.

The hotel is a little older but well maintained and doesn’t feel dated. Some of the main lounge areas could use a bit more attention to dusting, but overall the property feels clean and comfortable. The bar in the main area is staffed by a delightful woman who provides great service, though it does close a bit early and the menu is limited to basic bar food. If you’re looking for a full meal, you’ll probably want to order in or dine out. Breakfast was very good! Plenty of options for most dietary requests. The food was fresh and plentiful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet—ideal for a restful stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many Boston-area destinations. Overall, it’s a pleasant and comfortable place to stay with friendly service and good proximity to the city.
