I can’t say enough good things about my stay. Large, well equipped fitness room, extra large well equipped room, quality products in the shower, and responsive housekeeping requests. If each Homewood suite is this nice I won’t stay anywhere else when traveling.

Everything was really good except the freezing pool. I was disappointed about it, considering I double checked they had a heated indoors pool, nor the room where the pool was. The response by the person at the front desk was totally inapropiate arguing there is a law in Massachusetts that forbids hotels to have a warm pool, totally false; as if I, as a swimmer, haven't been in other indoors pool in Needham or Boston. For a 5 days stay I asked before making a reservation, I feel they lied to me about the facilities of the hotel. For a Hilton place I recommend checking this. Propiat

The room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Apparently everyone sleeps on the side closest to the bathroom. The mattress was sunken on that side and lumpy. Time for a new mattress.
