I love this hotel. The front desk staff goes above and beyond. They know their hotel, are personable, professional, and super gracious. We had 11 family members in our group in all age ranges. Having the living room area off the lobby made our stay so much easier. We ordered from Tatte’s our first night, and ate at the large table at the end of the room. The room provided a meeting place when we were leaving for events and à place to hang out and catch up when we came back. We were there over Thanksgiving and the hotel offered multiple unexpected treats. On Thanksgiving, they served a wonderful continental breakfast in the lobby living room. The next day à huge tray of homemade, beautifully decorated, Holiday cookies appeared. I’d stayed at this AKA before and I will stay there again. A very easy, comfortable stay. Thank you!

Friendly staff with comfortable and spacious rooms (especially for a big city). This hotel is in a decent location, right next to a trader joes and just a couple minutes walk from the nicer areas of Boston. There aren't a ton of casual food options around here at night though.
