Amazing staff!! Jurrell was awesome, checked us in early and was a wealth of knowledge. Ramona in the breakfast area was truly the best!! So inviting and helpful, these two made the stay amazing.

My husband and I were in town for a concert. The hotel staff was friendly, prompt and accommodating. The room was large, inviting and clean. If I had any complaint it was the bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillows flat, but I'm a fussy sleeper. We didn't use the pool but my husband utilized the fitness center and found it to fit his needs. The area around the hotel was quaint and locals friendly, despite a significant amount of construction. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends, family and other travelers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Boston. We appreciated the detailed information that Raymond gave us on how to get to the train station and which bus to take. He wrote it all down for us. Ramona was especially helpful during the breakfast time. This is a nice location outside of the downtown area but with a bus stop to take you directly to the nearest train station.

The property could use a little work, our shower curtain wouldn't stay closed while showering and left puddles on the floor, and the room curtain had pieces of the blackout material missing. Aside from a few little things like that, we were satisfied with the facilities. What made our stay here outstanding was friendly staff, most of all the breakfast attendant, Ramona. This was our last hotel at the end of a 3 week trip and all of us (family of 2 adults and 3 kids) we're getting tired and a bit cranky. Ramona's smile and cheerful greetings brightened our mornings on our 3 day stay. She went above and beyond to help make our experience good. Book for a reasonably priced, comfortable facility, stay for the great staff!

The property was fine. They have a good breakfast but there’s not enough seating for the guests. The toilet seat wasn’t properly cleaned. Our room was next to the kitchen, where the staff made quite a lot of noise at 5:30 AM, and woke us up. Raymond at the front desk waived our parking fees for the inconvenience.

The property was very convenient to move around, was close to the shopping area, quiet, Staff was very attentive with a smile. No Complaint's about the property. Didn't stay very long to view other areas of the property like the pool area and so on.

What we really liked is that the staff were excellent. 2 people who gave us excellent service were Raymond at the front desk . He was Always helpful and Romona at the hotel who was the breakfast hostess/ Assistant she served us with a smile. Other than that hotel is well located there a few dining options around Medford . It’s a quiet peaceful place .

Very bad value for money Hyatt property is the name but no where it shows Hyatt Housekeeping was rude and dirty. They were on video calls with friends while working. Reception staff asked me to cancel my booking because I told them that they should accommodate my luggage in cloakroom. Cleaning at one point was not done for three days Pay as you use Laundry room machines were not working properly. They were neither drying nor washing nicely.. My card was charged for additional $165 because they did not stop the parking fees. I was not even informed about it.. that money is not back yet. They said it will take four working days and it is already been a week. No coordination between the team They committed me to keep my luggage in cloakroom and in the 11th hour they said they cannot do it Breakfast was almost same for 15 days.. Overall experience was bad If hotel is fully occupied they should have additional support staff. Reason for me to book the hotel was, they said they had a shuttle service to the university when I reach there I was told that it has been stopped... Not recommended to anyone...
