Hotel is nice, but service is atrocious. No one available to sit people at either dinner or breakfast. No one answered calls from the room no soap or hand wash in the bathroom. Staff seemed extremely inexperienced.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Family of 5, the suite was large, and two bathrooms helped a lot. The staff was super helpful, and the location was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is neat, clean, and conveniently located. However, the service quality from the staff was inconsistent. The reception staff lacked adequate knowledge about hotel procedures, often seeking assistance from the valet parking personnel instead. Breakfast service was particularly disappointing on most days. There were times when basic items like water were not offered unless requested multiple times. However, I want to highlight one young lady on the breakfast team who stood out with her professionalism—she greeted guests warmly, turned on the table lamps, and ensured attentive service. Her efforts made a noticeable difference compared to the rest of the staff. In summary, while the hotel offers a comfortable stay, some of the staff would benefit from additional training in hospitality and customer service.

Iris was a great hotel. They guaranteed an ADA accessible room, unlike the Courtyard Marriott, next door. They manager and front desk team was quite easy to work with. We'll definitely be back.

It was great! We stayed for my graduation and it was a great experience!! Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was super nice and helpful at all hours of day/ night. Located in a great area thats near public transportation, walking to food/ shopping, and has parking. Def want to go again!!
