The hotel has all my information as a member of Wyndham Hotels and Expedia so what am I required to fill out another form? This used to be done by the front desk clerk but I guess everyone wants the customer to do the work like grocery stores where you ring up and bag your own but show proof to the guy at the door.

Great location near shops, eateries and orange line train. The hotel needs upgrading/refurbishment. The lobby is worn looking as well as the room I stayed in. Staff were great and it was generally clean but there’s so much you can do with worn looking furnishings, elevators, etc.

It seemed odd that housekeeping was on request. I guess that is cheaper for the hotel. Each day, we had to set our trash cans in the hallway and return our dirty towels to the check in desk and receive clean towels. The towels were average, not particularly soft. The bed was not pillow top. The sink was outside of the toilet/shower. There was good hot water and pretty good water pressure. The pillows were square pillows and not very soft. The hotel seems old but clean. However, in our room, the tub drain was rusted. The sink drained extremely slowly. It had a smaller tv. The most helpful thing was that it was just a few blocks from the subway.
