We were told it would be with a direct ocean view. To me that means facing the ocean. We had a side view. Other than that it was a good stay.

Great staff, great service. The hotel itself needs repair/updates. There were multiple areas where the ceiling was leaking. The pool is not heated as advertised. It wasn’t a bad stay but for the price and the marketing I expected the building and facilities to be in better condition. Do be sure to book a spa experience with Kellie. She was the absolute highlight of my trip.
