Room was nice, the restaurant was great but the noise level of the guests, particularly above us, was annoying. I have never had a stay there that wasn’t peaceful in the winter.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building decor was nice and had a nautical vibe. The building itself was a little outdated. We had to move our room because of a complaint of footsteps (we weren't doing anything extravagant but our 26lb son was running back and forth and could be heard beneath us). The beds and pillows were uncomfortable so we ended up purchasing a pillow for the second night. They have a fireplace but can only be used with the heat on, it was nice at first but couldn't enjoy it after it warmed up. The thermostat didn't seem to regulate properly but it was quite cold out so I don't know if the draft from the balcony maybe threw it off. Good location, we had a partial beach view with a small balcony but it was off season. There is free access to the beach across the street so we will have to go back when it's warmer.
