I stayed at this hotel recently, and the experience was far below acceptable standards. The condition of the property and the service quality reflect neglect, lack of care, and possibly greed from ownership. This hotel urgently needs serious improvement or even demolition.
Major Issues Noticed:
• Bathrooms are in shocking condition
• Bathtub is bulging and water spills directly onto the toilet floor
• Shower curtain is short and leaves the floor wet
• Faucet is cheap with very low water pressure
• Entire building looks old, run down, and long overdue for major renovation
• Breakfast is disgraceful
• Scrambled eggs tasted fake, clearly mixed with something
• Once oats were gone, they were never replenished
• Low quality food served daily with no effort to improve
• Coffee was watered down with very little coffee powder
• Kitchen staff acted as if they were doing a favor by putting food back on the table, showing no hospitality
• Front desk often unmanned or slow to respond when help was needed
Summary
This hotel feels like it is cutting every corner possible. The standards are so poor that it damages the Ramada brand. Unless serious action is taken including renovation, staff training, and better food quality, this property will continue to disappoint guests.
