This property was average. There needs to be major updates done to the room itself. The chair on my room was dirty, stained and old. The doubled lock on my door was missing. The halls were cold and kind of dirty.

The hotel was extremely dirty in most areas. Staff other than the kitchen staff was unfriendly. Online pictures definitely are not up to date. Hallways are extremely cold and seem to never see a vacuum. The roof has a lot of water damage, no variety on the breakfast. The only good thing is the beds were confy. Online showed Fenway Park close which was inaccurate and transit is a far walk from hotel. Shuttle to airport is a charge and not explained properly as couldnt get shuttle back to airport.

Your shuttle drivers are amazing!! I just wish the service was offered the entire day. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Next to a bowling alley! :)
