The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, the cleanliness and room comfort was absent. We would not recommend this location to anyone.

Checkin in was not a pleasant experience!We tried to request an early check in, but because we couldn't get a definitive answer,we decided to arrive close to check-in time, 245pm.When we got there the lady said the 3pm checkin front desk person wasn't there yet and she was finishing check out and something else?! T6here were 4 guests waiting in front of her, but she didn't bother to call her manager or ask someone else to help?Then we see the checkin employee come in with his bike at 255pm and took another 20 mins to come out to help us!Another man came out, to help, when i asked about why we're being charged $10/night parking, when parking was on their property and we were staying there already, he said that's their contract with the towing company???!!! We have no business with the towing company,and we are there parked legally, with our pass! I find it very suspicious they are doing this!When we checked out,we were not provided any receipt or explanation about room charges or parking charges??!!The front desk girl just said, you're okay, you can go..really?The rooms smelled bad, the bathroom curtains smelled like wet rag, or something that didn't dry well!The mini closet where the fridge was in had rusty handles!The elevator was dirty, and had lacking buttons,and indicators.We headed back midday to rest,the fire alarm started to blare a high pitched sound for several mins! I called the front desk they said they were testing the alarms!We were never informed ahead of time

It’s well situated, not so far from downtown. Close access to the beach. It was very noisy, as the traffic was relentless, beside a highway. Water pressure was insufficient from the showers and water temperatures was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

No water to purchase, you have to walk to the gas station to get anything to drink. The room did not look like the photos listed at all and was dirty and smelled bad. Stains on the wall and carpet, sticky stuff on the desk, dusty and smelled like mildew. Find a better hotel for a few extra bucks.

The AC was completely useless—nothing but loud background noise. The room felt like a suffocating sauna, and with no windows, it was unbearably claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the hot water heater broke for an entire day, leaving guests without basic comfort. This hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation—it feels outdated, neglected, and far from the standard you’d expect.

Dirty, old, scarred-up dressers, mini knats/bugs and they took and charged my card before I got there. That was NOT the card I was going to use. They made no attempt to rectify it and switch cards. The place should not have the Wyndham name associated with it. If you want a cheap, no frills, 1 rating then this is for you. Your entrance is from the outside hall after you get off the elevator. they congregate outside in the parking lot to smoke and they had the cops there twice for some reason.

We stayed for two nights while we attended a convention near Boston Common. While it felt a little outdated, the room stayed cool and even cold(my husband like it’s freezing), the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very professional the entire time. Overall, for the cost and the location I would absolutely stay here again.
