The hotel was very clean. The rooms were nicely appointed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk check in was great and the server Sasha made my event extraordinary. Would recommend staying here and having an event.

Everything was excellent the rooms were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond. My friend got sick and when I called the front desk they called 911 and after they left she called me back to make sure I was ok. That personal touch was extremely important to me.

The hotel is a lovely space, which is located conveniently within walking distance to all of the sites in Salem. The staff was really helpful and considerate. The meals were all delicious and service was great. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! It was cozy and the food was delicious. We had the pasta al pesto and it was so fresh and so well made. Next morning the breakfast was in point too. The rooms were really clean and the staff was nice. The only suggestion I have, is that the rooms that are double, to have the option to have better views -even if you have to pay more. The only option is with king beds. Other than that, I highly recommend!

This was a perfect location. Short walk to the downtown area. The hotel was super clean and comfy beds. My kids loved the heated indoor pool.

Very clean and spacious rooms with large comfortable beds, bath tub and shower combination and pleasantly decorated. It was very conveniently located near all the main attractions in Salem and a very short walk to the ocean, there were also plenty of restaurants near by to choose from. The indoor pool was a nice size and heated, and large clean towels were available to use once you entered. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant and helped us get settled in slightly earlier than official check in time. The warm cookies available at reception were a lovely homely touch too. The only criticisms I have are that there wan any a fridge in the room and also the service in the onsite restaurant, main stay local, was lacking as we had to wait almost 40 minutes for our breakfast and it was slightly frustrating watching other guests who had ordered after us get their food before we did…I don’t know wether our order had been forgotten about but it wasn’t until after we asked the waitress that it appeared. Other then those points we had a lovely stay and if we were to be staying in Salem again we would definitely stay here again.

Had such a great stay! The hotel was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The food at their restaurant was so good! It’s also close to everything—we were able to walk everywhere. Would happily come back again!
